A friend offered me a part built boat that had sat in his loft for many years, I had some time in my build schedule and space on the bench so why not!

This is how it arrived….

Transom fitted, interior painted, ready for the deck.

Drilling for prop tube
This was the first motor, cheap and cheerful. Very small but surprisingly powerful with low battery demands. Although pleased with it it has now been replaced by a more powerful water cooled motor.
The cabin sides were broken with bits missing
